Calistoga and Napa Valley

On the holiday Monday, we drive up to Calistoga and Napa Valley. We first head to the Old Faithful Geyser in Calistoga. We then have lunch at an outside restaurant along the river in downtown Calistoga. Then we take a tour of the Sterling Winery with their gondola ride to the top of a hill where the winery is located. We also stop off at Beringer Winery and Robert Mondavi Winery before heading home.

Old Faithful Geyser erupts every 20-30 mintues.

The eruption lasted for several minutes, allowing for numerous photo opportunities.

The winery had great views of the Napa Valley.

It was a perfect (and warm) day in Napa.

We make a quick stop at the historic Beringer Winery.
