Vertical Challenge Airshow

We attend this year's Vertical Challenge Helicopter Airshow at the San Carlos Airport. The airshow devoted to various forms of vertical aviation. Toby and I were guests at Jim's new hanger, where we viewed most of the show. We arrived just before the singing of the national anthem. After skydivers descended upon the runway, numerous helicopters took flight with stunts and demonstrations. The airshow had numerous types of helicopters on display including some impressive military helicopters. In addition to helicopters, the airshow had special appearance with a couple of Harrier Jets and one massive C-5 Galaxy cargo plane. One of the largest military planes in the world.
