Spring Rolls in San Mateo

After work on Friday Toby and I head up to San Mateo to prep our spring roll appetizers for a family dinner. Our spring rolls consists of: red lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, bean sprouts, mint, cilantro, green onions and shrimp. We had sweet chili sauce (mae ploy) and thai peanut sauce as dip. They went well with the cosmopolitans Jim made. After dinner we celebrated Tim and Patty's birthday and played a couple rounds of 'three-words'. Fun evening!
